    The hotel's location was marvellous, so close to the central area of Masjed Nabawy, the main bfast restaurant and the food court within the clock tower complex. The room of this place was big and cosy with 4 beds.

    the room and its view of the mosque

    the restaurant to review a little disappointing. change of scenery and real estate. the variety of the menu to improve. the very long reception when you arrive at prayer time. absence of the concierge when I arrived with the taxi.

    We liked staff and location here. Location: the hotel was right by the masjid, restaurants and Prophet's Mosque. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

    Although the room definetly could have been cleaned, we will be back.

    Room lighting is poor, furniture appears outdated!!! Maintenance needed on toilet fixtures!!! Kitchenette facilities are non-functional!!! A brighter, more inviting decor would enhance guest experience!!!

    The view from my room. The breakfast is varied, the stuff is very nice.

    We get lost in the elevators to the room. There are 3 types of elevators .1 for medical tower 2 for haram tower 1 and 3 for haram b tower. I think it's a little complicated.

    central spot for exploring medina's rich landmarks and parks

    The hotel is conveniently situated near the beautiful names of allah gallery just a few steps away and a short walk to the green dome as i discovered the area's fine architecture and tranquil park views. For someone like me who enjoys city walks, this stay offered an easy way to explore with my family, although the check-in experience could definitely be improved.
